In breaking news LF has received an aged press release by New Zealand Justice Campaigner Dermot Nottingham dated 17 January 2011 (a press release that NZ’s mainstream media ignored at the time). Our source was a Fairfax journo that just thought fuck – how good is this prick with this poem.  We let our readership consider how able and under utilized this New Zealander is, and how the media (and a few others as we have ascertained) hate this guys guts despite his obvious talent for getting to the bottom of it all; that says more about the average New Zealander (and the countries journo’s), than it does about Nottingham himself;

“Press Release 17 January 2011

RECEIVERS SET TO COVER UP ENTOMBING TRUTH”

CHANCE OR CIRCUMSTANCE (A poem dated 14 December 2010)

“Black gold for the taking,

Free lunch in the making,

Life changing prospect celebrated

Community awakening,

Gods plans not a bitter pill,

Of twenty nine –

If one could have lived,

With children and a loving wife,

Murderers or rescuers, rumors run rife,

Believed to be victims of a fiscal knife,

Dust not settling, Greenies in the gun,

Community in unprecedented strife,

Act of God or man committed the kill?

Million questions to be posted to an inquiry tasked,

Find answers, or will the truth be masked,

True injustice has more enemies than friends,

Like the miners, will justice meet a dead end,

No matter what outcome be read,

Ten plus ten, plus ten, but one, are dead,

Mans mistakes are not Gods will!

Brothers, sons, fathers, cousins, nephews, uncles and friends,

Forever lost,

Deception steps unseen where honesty will not tread,

Generation of coasters, and unspeakable cost,

Imposters console families mourning dead, afraid of what lies must be said.

Leaving to those not so naïve, media savvy tread,

When all strength sapped to plough doggedly for the truth,

God, through inflexible men, picks up the victims till.”

Dermot Gregory Nottingham [Justice Campaigner since 1992]

Co Founder                            Sensible Sentencing Trust; led the march of thousands down Queen street in order to free Mark Middleton.

Author                                    “The law for all” [the report that got constable Abbot charged with murder/manslaughter.]

Author                                    “Car Wars; the true story of the odometer winding scandal” [went undercover against the Japanese and New Zealand criminal gangs operating in Japan and New Zealand]  Anti clocking crusader – 1996 to 2001

Author                                    “Mytton Report” 600 page report [with 2000 page annexures.] that named names in a massive financial fraud in the recent finance company collapse, and led to a settlement between Fairfax and Mr Nottingham.]

Author                                    Of numerous “confidential reports” that have led to litigation or settlement of multi-million dollar claims.

Nottingham saw numerous justice campaigns that insured that innocent people were acquitted of serious offending that if wrongly convicted would have served life sentences or preventative detention.  Nottingham has also led justice campaigns that saw a number of businessmen who were guilty as charged and subsequently convicted of serious fraud offences [when the SFO said there was no case to answer]. Nottingham has also completed numerous one off investigations that proved that senior Government officials were corrupt…….the most famous of those would be the latest case……the case or Sir Douglas Graham.

The poem “chance or circumstance” was written by Mr Nottingham on 14 December 2010, and Mr Nottingham has not made a further public move until the content of the poem looked like literally “coming to life”.  Mr Nottingham knew that the company would be put into receivership and the likes of PWC appointed to insure that the “company and management are protected” .  The senior management of the Pike River Mine, as Mr Nottingham seemingly predicted, chose receivers that put dollar above duty.

The receivers John Fisk and Malcolm Hollis were in the receivership of LDC Finance Limited and F & I and were subject to very serious allegations by Mr Nottingham in his published Mytton Report.  It seems those same allegations are now being played out in court cases.  Mr Nottingham intends to release the report to the families of the miners and to several key shareholders seeking that they form a joint committee seeking the immediate removal and replacement of PWC as receivers. Mr Nottingham had this to say two years ago:

“The handing over of a possible crime scene to persons that have been instructed by likely suspects is unheard of, excepting in a banana, or in this case a kumera, republic.  29 men died at work in an allegedly safe environment.  It was not mass suicide, so the alternatives are murder, manslaughter, or other serious offending that could, if proven, bring substantial jail terms and compensation pay outs.  Of course the dead men could equally be to blame, but if that was likely why the haste to entomb truth.  It smacks of the dark isles returning.

It is not rocket science that a likely scenario for the “sealing for eternity” is to prevent an independent party proving whether what occurred was 1 in a million chance occurrence or an entirely preventable circumstance that, when ignored, insured the men’s fate.  No matter the effort required the families must meet fire with fire” Said Mr Nottingham.”

Dermot Nottingham wrote a report named the  Mytton report, which was the catalyst for a gaggle of Queens Counsel accepting that Nottingham’s 600 page report on the criminal conspiracy of PWC receivers Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk to rob hundreds of elderly Nelsonian investors of $8m dollars.

Nottingham’s investigation and strategy recently won the day in the High Court at Wellington, and again Nottingham’s incredible insight secured no less than $8m for investors that did not back him to begin with.   But multi millionaire businessman Peter Mytton knew how good Nottingham was, and his faith got him close to a million dollars back that had been lost.

The receivers of Pike River Mining are none other than the same men that lost $8m to Nottingham in Litigation as a result of the content and evidence presented in Nottingham’s “Mytton report”.  The families of the dead miners have some very hard decisions to make, but LF thinks a very easy decision would well be to contact Nottingham himself, although having said that there are others that would for various “undisclosed” reasons (without evidential basis as can be seen in the related material below) apparently believe otherwise……GCSB perhaps?
